My new article about my diagnosis at eighteen years old and the furry little angel that helped me through it was just posted on the Diabetes Health website. What a sweet story! And what a cute picture of your dog, too. I'm glad you had your doggy to help you out during a difficult time.
ReplyDeleteI have to comment on the line, "People often say to me that they could never give themselves shots"...I usually handle most comments well, but that one drives me crazy! First of all, it's not like we ENJOY injecting needles into our skin, but you do what you gotta do to stay healthy and alive. Plus, the needles they have nowadays are super short. I really just want to say something like, oh so you'd let yourself die a painful death then? Well, OK then. Obviously you can see how much this comment bugs me! :)
Awwwww.....such a sweet picture!
ReplyDeleteGoing there now :)
